AGM of EDBL bank have decided on 7th of September to contribute 30% right shares from paid up capital and eligibility book close date will be 1 ashoj 2078 ( 17th September 2021)


Right share ratio : 10:3

That means Every 10 shares of Excel Development bank limited are eligible to apply for 3 units Right shares.
