Nyadi Hydropower limited issued IPO shares to general public. Company will be issuing 22,50,000 units IPO shares worth rs. 22.50 crore ipo (initial public offering) to the general public from this month Ashwin 15 to Ashwin 19, 2078.

Out of 22,50,000 issuing units 5% aside for the mutual fund i.e. 1,12,500 kitta , 2% are aside for the employee of the company i.e. 45,000 kitta and remaining 20,92,500 kitta is purely for general public.

How much to apply?

Advisible to apply 10 units however you may apply -

Minimum 10 kitta

Maximum 50,000 kitta

In October 2006, Butwal Power Company Limited (BPC) and Lamjung Electricity Development Company (LEDCO) had an understanding to develop Nyadi Hydropower Project (NHP) together. According to this understanding, a new company named as “Nyadi Hydropower Limited” (NHL) was established to develop Nyadi Hydropower Project in the consortium of the Butwal Power Company (98.19%) and the Lamjung Electricity Development Company Limited (1.81%). The project is being developed by Nyadi Hydropower Limited with BPC as the major stakeholder.
