The Board of directors meeting held on Ashoj 17 and they have decided to give dividend from paid up capital Rs. 26,71,31,200. Declaration of the bonus share and cash dividend as

Bonus share : 25%

Cash dividend : 1.3157894% 

Total dividend : 26.3157894%
