Buddhabhumi Nepal Hydropower company limited is going to issue 1,200,000 ( Twelve lakh units ) IPO ( initial public offering) shares worth of 120,000,000 ( Twelve Crore) with base price of Rs. 100.

After the initial public offering promoters share vs general public ratio will be 70% vs 30%.

Buddhabhumi Nepal Hydropower Company is established to develop hydropower projects managed by well-experienced professionals, local and successful businessmen from various disciplines such as Management, Engineering and Public Affairs; who committed to bring excellence in the world of corporate 
governance in the country. Beyond our self-governing activities, Buddhabhumi Nepal Hydro Power Company has owned 4.993 MW Hydro Power Project License for 
Lower Tadi Khola Hydro Power Project, located in Nuwakot District of ​central Nepal. The headworks area lies about 150 M downstream from the confluence of the Tadi Khola & Chake Khola. The Powerhouse is proposed to be built on the left bank of the alluvium deposit. It is located about 300 M upstream of the headworks of the Aadishakti Hydro Power Plant (5 MW). Alongside our mission of developing the hydropower field in Nepal, we also seek to promote and enable infrastructural development in the communities we work in as well as preserve and protect our environment. The current project is about to complete sooner. The Project is at the final stage of development with the work completion measurement of around 90%. The development of the project is very well scheduled and targeting to complete by the end of March 2021 or earlier. 

We believe that our hopes of sustaining Nepal with eco-friendly renewable energy, while generating benefits for the community and our stakeholders, are not only rational but also practicable. That is what drives, Buddhabhumi Nepal
